15 Minute Friday

It’s Friday! Woot! Time to knock off work, hop in the kitchen and slave away at a delicious end-of-week dinner, am-I-right?! No? You’re tired?  You just want to relax? Huh. How ’bout that. I think we can help. Treat yourself to a tasty meal in 15 minutes this Friday night.


1 bag of Brussels sprouts

white cooking wine (a splash)

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 bunch Dino kale

1 red bell pepper

1/2 red onion


Brussels Sprouts first steamed in bamboo basket for 5 mins then seared with a touch of white wine, garlic.

Steamed Dino kale, red bell pepper, 1/2 red onion

Add steamed red pepper and onion to Brussels sprouts

Served on top of the Dino kale. Pinch of black pepper and salt. Steam, sear, done!
